Our programme starts on Monday, 2 October, at 2pm, preceded by check-in and lunch. Bookings will be made to allow time for flying, if any, and driving to our venue. As the closest airport to our venue, Lanceria International Airport is the first choice for bookings whenever possible. Use the open field at the end of the form to indicate if you would prefer not to fly into Lanceria.

We are likely to arrange shuttles to the venue on the morning of Monday, 2 October. If you are in Gauteng and have a car, you're welcome to drive yourself to the venue. Keep petrol receipts, if you would like to be refunded.
